"This bill, if passed, will stop the Karla Homolkas from becoming the Leanne Teales," Smith said, referring to the infamous killer and her name change.

"We just feel that the right to change somebody's name should not be abused. We want to strengthen our province's commitment to zero tolerance to these offenders and their heinous crimes and put our full support behind the victims and the families ... We have to close up this loophole."

I'm going to explain, because its not always apparent what camera tricks I'm using.

When your camera is on Manual, you control how much light is allowed into the sensor. When shooting objects in the dark, you want to let in as much light as possible. When shooting in extremely bright situations, you want to let in very little light so that you can get as much detail as possible.

Because I'm shooting the motherfucking sun, I put all of my settings so that I could get very little light.

Because of this, the sky seems very dark. People who saw this will say that the sky was not this dark, and they are right. Every time there's a celestial event in Ohio, its overcast. I'm taking advantage of this to catch the light refracting against the clouds.

Fucking cool shit is what happened.

You are going to want to let in as much light as possible. The sun gives off lots of ambient light that the moon doesn't, and on top of that the moon is going to be shadowed.

So you'll want your shutter speed super low. Trying at 1/30, then keep ticking lower. Bump the ISO up as high as you feel comfortable. Focal length as shallow as your lens will let you, like 4.5 or lower.

You will absolutely need a tripod. If your hands bump even a little bit it'll be moon soup.
